[DocBook-apps] Would it be possible to put the HTML documentation for the Docbook DSSSL stylesheets on docbook.org?

The Linux Documentation Project still uses the DSSSL stylesheets for a lot
of their documentation, including the NCURSES HOWTO, which I updated in
January of 2025 and is in TLDP's github repo, although it hasn't shown up
on tldp.org yet, alas.

The DSSSL Stylesheets, version 1.79 are still in current Fedora
distributions, along with openjade and opensp.

Anyway, I was looking at the NCURSES HOWTO again this evening, and wanted
to build it again, but in a different way so I could put the current
version on my website, and had no idea how I needed to change command line
options to do that.

I found the github repo <https://github.com/docbook/dsssl/tree/master>,
which I cloned to try to build a local copy of the documentation myself,
but
dsssl/docsrc/Makefile uses the following:
DSL2MAN=../../buildtools/dsl2man
JADE=../../buildtools/runjade
but those tools aren't in the repository. Do you happen to have a copy of
them, or can you tell me what they did?

I think that it would be useful if some information about the stylesheets
could be found on docbook.org, like a link to the github repo and a built
version of the documentation.
